Ukraine issues stamp commemorating sinking of Russian warship

The altered stamp release comes after Ukrainian forces, backed by U.S. intelligence, attacked the Moskva, the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea fleet, which later sank, in a symbolic setback for the Russian invasion.
